Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of marketing services, cancellations and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Services that have been initiated or completed (e.g., ad campaigns launched, designs delivered, consultations conducted) are non-refundable.

Prior to service completion a refund request will be accepted up to 3 business days following the date of sale. After that time no refunds will be issued. This includes sales that are pending customer response.

Indemnification

Arbitration

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will take place in a location mutually agreed upon, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver All disputes will be handled individually. Class actions, representative actions, and collective arbitrations are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Apex agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Apex Promotional Partners does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance outcomes of the services or content provided.
